I had ordered flour from Big Basket and when I am opening the packet today, I see that there are cobwebs in the flour packet.

Aata quality is not good, old stock, lump of aata inside the packet.. faul smell is coming 

Soft aata, rotis are staying soft after some hours also

one packet was full of termites.May be the packet was delivered without checking expiry. We had to throw it away.This is unacceptable. We just want a refund of one packet
