This is not ghee, basically this is adulterated ghee with vanaspati. It doesn't even smell like ghee. All the ghee (or whatever it is) is settled at the bottom of the jar, like a thick chunk. Earlier,  Ashirvaad ghee was so good, but now it is degrading day by day. So disappointed! I'm not going to buy it ever.

I brought this thinking it may be better than ghee from cooperative societies. Price is more quality is questionable. Does not have the aroma or taste of ghee more like dalda. Kudos to the state govts for giving us good quality unadulterated milk products... Any given day aavin, nandini and Vijaya diary products are of superior quality compared to these commercial products.
