I usually order the Fresho  range of eggs, which I haven't had a problem with. This time, it wasn't available so I ordered this one. Very strange eggs, a number of eggs had redness in the yolks or entirely red yolks. Threw several. Tried boiling them, several times. First they wouldn't peel nicely like eggs usually do and the ones that did, I had to throw away several, because again the yolks had strange red pieces, a few even had some black deposit, like they were rotting or something. Had to throw away the rest of the lot, did not even feel like giving them to my dog. At first I thought that this might be random, once in a while one does get a bad one in a lot, but there were so many bad eggs in this tray that I think there is something seriously wrong with them. I am starting to doubt if they are fake . Never ordering this again. 

Spoilt batch or fake eggs? 

Worst delivery ever ,rotten stinking eggs with a swarm of flies trapped inside the Plastic covering and ended up messing the whole kitchen and bad stink .The dried egg liquid would prove that how old or messed up this tray was and more than half had hairline cracks which broke while pulling out and complete messed up stinking egg tray .Quality of BB is deteriorating by day ,though it should improve being a Tata company now ,every order has nearing expiry or  dirty products and this was the most messed up delivery

Big basket eggs are fake. I was thinking it’s the people who don’t check when they bring. But I now I realised all the eggs smells weird and the taste is so different. Disappointed Bigbasket selling fake product.

eggs were really bad smelling, worst eggs I had till date really disappointed, though I tried water test also , result ws fine but when you break it and put it a glass to beat ... O God it smells awful.. kindly check with your production team once again... I am a big fan of your brand but this lot which we got was really bad...

Good quality eggs but very expensive.... same brand available at big bazaar for 150/-
