sorry to say, it not sour dough bread at all. The bread is very dense and is filled with milk products.

the bread has not even been fermented well enough and is way too sweet. it tastes like milk bread.

very bad product in texture and taste.

this is not authentic sourdough bread. sourdough bread is made with sourdough starter and feeding the starter and then making the bread. the bread tastes slight sour with a crisp exterior.   
the bread they provide is just plain bread with plain bland taste and it does not contain any olives in it. there maybe just 1 olive cut into tiny pieces and sprinkled on top of it. not mixed with the bread. 
never buy this product. I doubt they even know what sourdough bread even this
