love ciabatta sandwiches with usual subway ingredients, quite fresh

Ciabatta

The product came in a clean sealed packaging. The product was fresh, aromatic and very authentic. The texture and the taste reminded me of the Ciabatta bread I've had at an Italian bakery in Australia.  Great to make sandwiches (panini). Recommend adding roasted tomato slices, roasted pumpkin, rocket leaves, salt & ground pepper. 

Fresh, authentic and great quality. 

Nice but not quite comparable with the artisanal bakeries which are admittedly significantly more expensive

Nice but ...

The bread was delivered on July 30 with the Use by date of July 30. The mfg Date on it was that of July 25, just because it's within the exp date doesn't mean it's fresh. You need to understand that not everything that's ordered will be consumed on the same day. It seemed more like the bread that was delivered was kept to be discarded and very slyly added to the order rather than disposing it off.
