Being a Bengali I do think I have the experience and right to review a delicacy such as palm jaggery (Khejur Gur)! This palm gur is absolutely bitter and tasteless, warning my other fellow BBians not to buy this and waste your money on this. The ordinary cane jaggery is much better. I experimented and paid a price - please don't fall prey to this brand.

it's coconut palm jaggery, not the usual Palmyra palm. so it's slightly bitter and darker. it tastes great in coffee.
