This is the closest to home made kodbale that I have found in a packaged product. It is perfect, except for minor variations in batches. This particular batch was more powdery compared to earlier batches that were crisper. I noticed that it is made of organic refined flour so it is not really healthy. It would be nice if a baked version made from organic whole wheat flour was available - that would be healthier. 

As good as homemade Kodbale!
