About the Product
The 4.06mm thick base and sides spread heat evenly and retain warmth for a long time - making it an excellent utensil for both cooking and serving. The Futura Hard Anodised surface is non-toxic, non-staining and non-reactive with foods. Metal ladles can be used. It is thermal-efficient, heats fast and evenly and is not spoiled by high heat. Perfect for Sooji Halwa (Semolina Pudding), Egg Curry, Mushroom Stew, Firni (Milk and Ground Rice Pudding), Dahi Imli Kadi (Curd and Tamarind Curry), Ground Roasted Green Gram with Peas, Spanish Rice Casserole, Egg Ras Malai (Milk and Dumpling Pudding), Cabbage in Milk, Kheema Kofta Curry (Meat Balls in Gravy), Cabbage Rolls and Prawn Curry.
