How to Use
  • Place the fish portions in a microwave safe bowl or tray.
  • Microwave on thaw or low power setting for about 2 minutes. 
  • For quick defrost keep the basa portions immersed in water till soft. 
  • IFB FreshCatch Basa can be grilled, fried, baked, battered or crumbed.
