cheese is not melting!! 
did not expect this quality from Amul 

Fungus infested cheese blocks. Why the hell are you selling such fungus infested items to customers? Don't you have any quality ethics? Why cheat people? 

The cheese doesn't have much flavour was disappointed with the texture and taste. 

Not much flavour 

Aside from sentiment, I like the friendly packing (almost full biodegradable). Surprisingly good cheese. Makes a great Quiche, quite acceptable on pizza ((but not the best).... Am not sure how “real” this cheese is. But I’m from the generation that watched Manthan and am really faithful to Amul
