The cheese doesn't have much flavour was disappointed with the texture and taste.

Aside from sentiment, I like the friendly packing (almost full biodegradable). Surprisingly good cheese. Makes a great Quiche, quite acceptable on pizza ((but not the best).... Am not sure how “real” this cheese is. But I’m from the generation that watched Manthan and am really faithful to Amul
