Instead of boiling them, I soaked them for 40 mins in room temperature water and then just cooked them off as pad thai noodles. They turned out to be so nice and chewy, just like authentic chinese rice noodles is supposed to taste. Took almost zero effort to pull off a great dish! Highly recommended!

As it’s rice noodles was soft in consistency.. no dilemma as it’s not maida..

it takes boiling water to boil the noodles . but it's very delicious and healthy. after boiling cook it normally like you cook noodles

u need to know how to cook these. they fluff up to 1.5 cm after cooking, they are 1 cm wide uncooked so these are very wide noodles, follow a good Thai  recipe of pad thai with shrimp or chicken & enjoy d delicious rice noodles

need to.update the method.for cooking in carton box. the box says soak in cold water whereas this needs to be put in boling water for 2-3mins.
