the product is full of worms. I have to throw the full packet.... the expiry is there but the item is spoiled

I am using big basket for a while now and I am satisfied with their products, delivery time etc.. but when I bought this product it was looking as if it has expired long before its original expire date. The product was not fit for use and the small seed insects started feeding on it.
