I ordered it on October, they delivered the item which was packed on April and the pack print look faded. Seeing layers of dust on the pack made me feel like it was kept ignored in the warehouse till they get my order. Disappointed!

Old stock

package stitching is not up to the standard. Gaps in stitching allow small insects to enter the rice.  I had to exchange the pack this time because of the insect infection..... The picture shows vacuum packed, but not so.....

I bought 10kg sack and the rice in washing was feeling sticky and oily .
is this normal?

There is some kind of red colour rice mixed with the normal rice. Also lot of stones in the rice. It us not sorted properly.
