Palada Kheer Mix is a traditional delicacy of Kerala, the preparation of which is laborious, time-consuming and requires professional skill. Enjoy the tongue tickling traditional delicacy of Kerala in a few minutes.

Ingredients

Sugar, Rice Palada, Cashew Nuts, Raisins, Cardamom.

How to Use
  • Boil 300 ml of water. Add Nirapara Palada Kheer Mix and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Then add one litre milk, stir well and cook for 20-30 mintues on low flame. Add one tea spoon of ghee and delicious ‘Nirapara’ Palada Kheer is ready.
