When opened one packet of india gate rice . Rice was in bad condition . Rotten and black in colour

FOUND ON OPENING THE SEAL INFESTED RICE WITH LOT OF WEBS AND BLACK INSECTS WERE DELIVERED. ESTEEM COMPANY LIKE BB DOES NOT PAY ANY HEED TO QUALITY. IT WIL LEAD TO GRAVE HEALTH HAZARDS. VERY BAD

Basmati Rice - Mogra/Broken

I have been using India gate mogra for more than a decade. After shifting from Delhi, I am getting it from Bigbasket. The   quality deteriorated from last two months. Kindly advise the company to improve the quality. 

Tasteless rice....... First time i bought and it not meet my expectations totally disappointed with the taste. 

last 14 years se use kar rahi hui yeh brand .but  jab yeh double packing mai hota hai tab original hota hai.pls  big basket upgrade ur supply.becsuse today they served not original one packet.. taste is very much less...
I know this brand quality  is too much good ..... but today big basket not served  me original pack pls change
