About the Product

Mooz’ fresh and firm ORGANIC tofu is the perfect non-dairy healthier substitute to paneer or cottage cheese, made from organic soyabeans.

Highly rich in protein and low in fat, it can be used in making Chinese dishes, with sauté vegetable and in rolls. Replace paneer with tofu. Make tofu curries/ subzi, tofu paranthas, tofu rolls, tofu tikki in burger or sandwich, marinate and make tofu tikkas. Much more nutritious than paneer and chicken, higher protein and lower fat with zero cholesterol. #Good source of calcium, manganese, copper, selenium, protein, and phosphorus#Rich in vitamin B.

How to Use

Add small cubes straight into miso soups or salads. Cut the tofu into quarters, coat lightly in potato starch, and fry to make agedashi tofu. Roughly cut the organic tofu into chunks and add to a stir-fry, then mix vigorously into the rest of your ingredients with a spatula. It is a great meat alternative in vegetarian or vegan stir-fries. |

this brand is really good compared to all the other ones available. Natural and original tofu is soft and tasty.. don't buy the flavoured ones as they are too salty and has some pungent taste.
