About the Product
Thai ginger, also known as Galangal, has an orange-brown coloured skin with a pale yellow or white interior and pinkish portions.
Galangal tastes more like pepper than ginger and has a sharp blend of black pepper and pine like aroma.
Benefits
Galangal treats morning sickness. They reduce muscle pain, soreness and eases various stomach problems.
Drinking ginger juice helps relieve sore throat.
Storage and Uses
Refrigerate it in a plastic bag. When ginger is kept in the freezer, it is easier to peel and grate it.
Ginger merged with garlic is added into many spicy dishes. Can be used in tea, chutney, juice and soups.
