Intention for writing this review is mainly to provide complete information about this product to the other buyers. Product description does not have have complete information. This review does not mean that the product quality is inferior. Being a Dabur product, it is definitely a good quality product and works as desired.

Firstly this product is not 100 % Isabgol. It contains only 49 % Isabgol. Additionally it contains 1 % Amla powder. Even the pack does not mention what is there in remaining 50 % (it may be some neutral powder base).

I purchased this assuming it to be 100 % plain Isabgol as I wanted to take it with Milk. But Amla content in it makes it not suitable to be consumed with milk. It should be taken with plain water or juice.

It is a very finely grounded power, so it needs to be stirred rigorously otherwise lumps may be formed. It is better to use warm water to reduce the chances of lump formation.

good product and regular use gives an added advantage for constipation. Better than normal Isabgol . One TBS daily before going to bed at night makes your stomach clean in the morning. That is more important.
