D'Lecta Cream

About the Product
D'lecta dairy cream which is made from cow milk is extremely creamy and consistent in quality. It imparts perfect flavour, richness & great shine to finished product. It maintains food in a moist state thus prevents it from drying. Excellent for indian, western, baking & confectionery use. Can also be consumed directly.

Milk Solids, Stablizer(INS 466, INS 452 (i), INS 339 (ii), INS 331 (iii), INS 407)
How to Use

Shelf life is 180 days when stored in cool and dry place. Needs no refrigeration till opened. After opening, refrigerate and use within 4 days. 

Applications: use in pastas, soups, dals & other indian foods, topping on fresh fruits etc.

Not good for me
This is quite sticky cream. Think some kind of sticky emulsifier has been used in it. Not at all like real cream. However can work for soups.

Turned yellow in a day. Poor quality.
Poor quality. Had to through the full pack in trashbin as it turned yellow in a day even after storing it in fridge.

Really thick low-fat cream. Requires lesser than other more known brands. 200ml, NOT 250ml, makes it more attractive ad a product. Lesser pricing is another attraction.

It's not watery like Amul. It is way more buttey and thick. But it is slightly salted.
