Take 500g Wheat Puttu Powder in a medium bowl, add salt as required, Add 600 ml water, mix well Keep it for 10 minutes, Put the mixture in puttu maker with coconut scrapings. Steam it for around 5 minutes (till it cooks), To make it more soft, put the mixture in mixer and mix for 1 minute before cooking.
