













Moments Dry Yeast is used for baking, proofing, or even for some Indian preparations like kulchas, naans, pizza, pao, bread. It comes in smaller granules and absorbs liquid rapidly and doesn't need to be hydrated before being mixed into the flour. It is used as a leavening agent for baking bread and other baked goods.

1. Take 1/4 cup warm water (105 - 115 degree F).

5. If the recipe liquid is other than water, substitute water with other liquid.
6. Use 25gm of dry yeast for 1kg of flour or as directed in the recipe.
