Upon inspection, the rice was found to be contaminated with weevils, rendering it unfit for consumption. This is particularly concerning considering that this product was supplied by a reputable company like Tata. My cook noticed the condition of the rice and, upon discussing it with my wife, they deemed it necessary to dispose of it, as it is not suitable even for those in need.

I believe it is imperative to bring this to your attention. I request your prompt action to address this matter, including compensation for the loss incurred. Additionally, I urge you to ensure that future supplies adhere to quality standards that prioritize customer health and safety.

If these issues are not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to government authorities, as I take this situation seriously.

Good Rice

The rice has a coating of wax....never have I experienced in my so many years of ordering same rice....but this time when I wash the rice as a sticky feel and it has a smell even after cooked. The rice doesn't get fluffy like before and boils equal in size to a limited size, when we see we feel it's not cooked kind off. Kindly take back and do a quality test 

why everytime quality changes for the same product.
first time I ordered this rice and liked it very much so order it second time but then quality was not that good and rice was thick.
