I started using this variety since my stay in Mumbai 5 years back and the product was available in Star After my return to Kolkata I searched for this as I liked it very much.In Kolkata it was so far available in Big Basket but suddenly I am not getting it from this month. Request you to kindly provide it again.

The 10kg pack we had ordered last time, was open from one corner. (the thread sewing was open) we had double about pilferage from that pack. It may have got opened  accidentally also in transportation, I am not very sure.
But since then we have not ordered  a 10kg pack. 
Highlighting now, so that team Big Basket takes a note of it and keeps a vigilance on the threaded pack to find out the reason.

We are ordering rice from big basket for 4 years, quality was never a problem. However for last 2 orders rice is smelling bad even after cooking. Products seem to be very old or some problem.

We have been using Surti kolam for 10+ long yrs now from Big basket only, However recently Quality has detoriarated a lot, resulting in we returning it, kindly do quality check before packing and delivering
