pungent burned mobile oil smell in the product I've received

not a standard one. oily smell, too much salt.
i thought it would be good, dissatisfied.

the puffed rice was raw and hard not puffed well

for the first time ever, I have experienced puffed rice with added salt!!!! and a whole lot of salt!!! additionally the product is soggy and I have to toast it each time on the pan. very bad.
