This is to formally notify you of a serious issue concerning this chocolate product (BAULI) recently purchased. Out of 10 units, 8 emitted a strong, foul odor resembling rot and chemicals, rendering them unfit for consumption. After tasting one, I experienced nausea and discomfort, that has exhibited signs of severe spoilage and potential health risks.

This appears to be a widespread problem, suggesting a significant lapse in food safety standards. It raises concern that two variants of the same product may be deliberately distributed—one acceptable, the other clearly spoiled.

Such actions may constitute a violation of consumer protection and food safety laws. Immediate corrective action is expected, including an internal investigation and public recall, if necessary.

If unresolved, I am prepared to escalate this matter to relevant authorities and pursue legal action.
