Trying for the first time. The water measure is perhaps not accurate and one could add a little salt to taste.

Very easy to use. But you should know exactly how to make the vadas and consistency of the batter must be just right for crispy soft vadas. 

It was not soft vada. I put the batter for more than 10minutes  
to rest. But  vada was too hard.
