I am highly disappointed with my recent order of MTR Rasgulla. Upon opening the pack, I was shocked to find a fly inside the product. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control.

I request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action. I would also like a refund or replacement for the defective product.
