When we opened the sugar packed, we found live ant ? in a packed, so are unhappy with this product

this packet contains red ants in it. I want to refund. please help me with this. 

It is hygienic, pure, untouched and very sweet like it's natural tete.

very poor quality Madhur sugar was delivered by BB, never experienced this earlier. My faith in Madhur sugar devastated
