At the same time, Monini’s production facilities and quality control protocols are the most modern and comply with all the strictest standards required by its worldwide customers. Monini factory is certified BRC. Monini Anfora olive oil thanks to its particular delicacy it doesn't affect the natural flavour of the ingredients. Olive oil is extremely resistant to high temperatures and is perfect for frying and long-cooking recipes. The particularly delicate taste of Anfora olive oil leaves the flavour of foods intact, even the most delicate, either fried or cooked. This oil has an exclusive content of olive oils that suffered a treatment of refinement and olive oils obtained directly from olives(20 percent).
