Received only 1 packet even though it has buy one get one offer printed on the pack

Did not get the free packet

the dates are absolutely dry and tasteless. no where near to FAWD quality.

Where is my buy one get one free packet??? This is the 2nd time from your side

it is written on the packets that buy one get one free but we got only one packet  of dates

just lats week I bought this item... it was very fresh & taste was awesome price is also reasonable.@ Thank you Big Busket.
