About
Our wheat flour is made from carefully selected Lok 1 wheat variety grown by tribal farmers in the Narmada Valley of Madhya Pradesh. With 3% fibre and 9% gluten, it renders a soft pliable dough when kneaded and is ideal for baking rotis, chapattis and a whole range of flatbreads. All Safe Harvest products are cultivated completely devoid of synthetic chemical pesticides.

I have used this product for more than a year it was good because it was organic & not so fine but suddenly they start making very fine aata which seems like maida so now stoped using . there are so many maida like flours in market why one more??
