Awesome. I use this to oil my hair. Incredible hair growth and hairfall disappear. If you have blocked most simply oil your head with this oil and in case you have cough or sour throat then warm it in a bowl and apply on your neck and chest - quick relief. Personal experience.

Good product with fresh aroma of mustard
2 suggestions please - (1) it would be good to have the mustard in a glass bottle instead of plastic. Plastic would react with the strong mustard.
2) Cold pressed? - no where mentioned on the bottle sticker. It says "expeller pressed"!!!

never ever buy this.seal was broken..almost no smell, which should not be case with mustard oil unless mineral oil is added to it. Apparently distributor seems to be supplying fake quality oil

refrain from buying

One particular batch of the oil seems to be stale / has some problem - bought two bottles of 1 L each and the taste, smell, texture are all very weird and different from the usual 24 Mantra Organic Mustard oil.
