ChefBoss Schezwan Gravy Recipe suggested on pack makes Vegetables or Chicken or Paneer Schezwan that serves 4, in 10 minutes. Just add chicken/paneer/vegetables.

1. Lightly toss 100 gm/ 1 cup of chopped vegetables (onion & capsicum) and 200gm or 8 to 10 pieces of paneer cubes/ chicken/mix vegetables (like Carrot, Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower, etc) in a pan with oil (1 tablespoon) for 5 minutes or till cooked.
2. Add 175ml / 1 cup of water and contents of the entire pack in the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes till the sauce becomes thick. And it’s ready to serve! Garnish with chopped spring onion (optional).
