You will only need either your favourite Manchurian balls, veggies or chicken and water. It's THAT easy! So grab this pack, put on your chef's hat and make culinary magic like a boss!

Ingredients

Water, Soya Sauce  [Water, Gur, Wheat, Soyabean (10%)], Liquid Glucose, Thickener (INS 1422), Garlic Chopped And Paste (4%), Sugar, Edible Vegetable Oil (Refined Soyabean Oil),  Tomato Paste (3%), Ginger Chopped And  Paste (3%), Iodized Salt, Chilli Paste, Corn Starch, Onion Powder, Acidity Regulators (INS 260, INS 514(II)), Yeast Extract Powder, Stabilizer (INS 415), Flavour Enhancers (INS 627, INS 631), Anticaking Agent (INS 551), Preservatives (INS 211, INS 224), Spices And Condiments

 

How to Use

ChefBoss Manchurian Gravy Recipe suggested on pack makes Manchurian Ball Gravy or Chicken Manchurian or Paneer Manchurian that serves 4, in 10 minutes. Just add Manchurian Balls or chicken or paneer or vegetables.

  1. Toss 100gm / 1 cup of chopped vegetables (onion & capsicum) in a pan with oil (1 tablespoon) for 2 minutes or till cooked.
  2. Add 175ml / 1 cup of water and contents of the entire pack in the pan, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 200g or 7 to 8 Manchurian balls /fried chicken pieces/ fried paneer/choice of vegetables (like broccoli, beans, carrots, mushrooms, etc) to the sauce and cook for 2 - 4 minutes or till the sauce becomes thick. Garnish with chopped coriander, spring onion (optional) & it’s ready to serve!
