About the Product
Made from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina which is high in protein. With 0% cholesterol and no trans fats. Traditionally cooked "al dente" and served with different sauces such as pesto, tomato & basil, or "arrabbiata". Penne is a popular ingredient in pasta salads, and its hollow center and ridges allow it to hold sauce, while the angular ends act as scoops.
