• Veg Hakka Noodles: Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Spice Extracts, Refined Vegetable Oil.
• Hakka Noodles - Chowmein, Miracle Masala: Salt, Mixed Spices (30% (Red chilli, Green Chilli, onion, Cumin, Ginger, Coriander)), Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder (soybean, wheat), Disodium 5, Guanylate, Disodium 5, Inosinate (Flavour Enhancers, E627, E631), Sunflower Oil, Caramel (Natural Color, E150d), Citric Acid (Acidifying Agent, E330), Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent, E330) Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent, E551), Acetic Acid (Acidifying Agent, E260).

Veg Hakka Noodles:

• Boil an appropriate quantity of water as mentioned on the pack Drop Ching’s Hakka Noodles into the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes.
• Avoid overcooking, as Hakka Noodles are cooked al-dente, or left slightly raw (cooked partially).
• Drain the water and place the noodles under running water.
• You can add a teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking. 

Hakka Noodles - Chowmein, Miracle Masala:  

• Add 2 teaspoons Ching's Secret Hakka Noodles Chowmein Miracle Masala to sauteed vegetables.
• Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of water.
• Mix well & stir fry for 3-4 min.
