Ching'S Secret Veg Hakka Noodles + Paneer Chilli Masala, Combo 2 Items

• Veg Hakka Noodles: Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Spice Extracts, Refined Vegetable Oil.
• Masala - Chilli PaneerCorn Flour, Salt, Mixed Spices (22%), (garlic, onion, red chilli, white pepper, ginger, cumin, coriander, green chilli), Sugar, Caramel (Natural Colour, E150d), Soy Sauce Powder, (Soybean Wheat), Tomato Powder, Disodium 5, Guanylate, Disodium 5, Inosinate (Flavour Enhancers, E627, E631), Xanthan Gum (Stabilizing Agent, E415), Sunflower Oil, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent E551), Acetic Acid (Acidifying Agent, E260), Paprika (Natural Color, E160c).

Veg Hakka Noodles:

• Boil an appropriate quantity of water as mentioned on the pack Drop Ching’s Hakka Noodles into the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes.
• Avoid overcooking, as Hakka Noodles are cooked al-dente, or left slightly raw (cooked partially).
• Drain the water and place the noodles under running water.
• You can add a teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking. 

Masala - Chilli Paneer:

• Add 3 Teaspoons (20g) Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Miracle Masala to a cup (300ml) water and mix well.
• Heat Tablespoon of oil in a pan & stir fry 200g paneer cubes, 1 cup (100g) diced Vegetable (onion, capsicum, carrot) & 1 green chili slit (add more if you want it hot for 2-3 min.
• Add masala mixture and stir well.
• Bring to boil & simmer for 2-3 min.
• For thicker gravy simmer for 3 to 4 min.
• Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
