it was spolit curd I was sent. even when I received it the whole package was ballooned up, and I wanted to check for the expiry date (which was fine). it simply meant that the product wasn't stored properly and wasn't check before delivery to me.

Is this really curd?

Is this really curd? When I used this to curdle milk, it resulted is something slimy but definitely not curd. Tried multiple ways, does not help.
