Raw Pressery Cold Extracted Juice - Sugarcane, 4x250 ml Multipack

It's absolutely the healthiest juice available in market but its too darn expensive. I know it costs to manufacture something like these but it's surely overpriced. If prices are down to about 60-70%, then there will be no match for it in the juice category.

The product was not consumable and seemed wierd before expiry

In the beginning, this juice was superb. It used to be sugarcane with a dash of lemon. Sometime after the lockdown, possibly when operations resumed, the taste suddenly changed. It became the taste of lemon juice with a dash of sugarcane juice. I complained to the company, their QC even called me, but nothing much changed. After that, I tried the juice again a total of 3 times. The first time, it was still the same; the 2nd time, it had improved a lot, but the 3rd time, it was back to the lemon juice flavour. Sad, I used to love this juice.

I opened the bottle today out of the refrigerator and the juice is spoilt . how do I get a replacement as the exp date of the product is 1 August,2020. please advise
