No complaint about Big basket but cadbury just mix powdered sugar and cocoa and vanilla extract and price is 165 !!! We make ourself in home.

Hot Chocolate bottle cove missing
Hot Chocolate bottle's cover was not there. Only silver foil was there. This is not acceptable.

not good. peculiar taste. after drinking a cup felt sand like thing settled at the bottom. I doubt it is a genuine product.

they put the chocolate powder in a cold storage. condensation causes the powder to clump together and get hard once removed from cold.
