the packet is very dirty and it has gone sour also. I had told the delivery guy at the time of receiving it also regarding the dirty packet but he told me that it should be because of transport. you guys should transport such products in some kind of cold storage because it has gone sour because of mishandling as it needs to be kept in cool place. This is highly not acceptable because it's a complete waste of money.

all these preserved products ur selling with expired date worst experience by bigbasket I'm gonna give 1ratung to all products because of this reason within 2 days complete milk got wasted
