when I opened the pack I found it was stale and the smell was very bad. I never faced this issue before.

This is an issue with all the frozen products I’ve ordered from big basket so far. The product is almost completely thawed only consolation is the package is still cold. But it’s not safe to get thawed products and freeze them again. Advisable to work on the refrigeration facilities for such products
