The tastiest of the Indian cheddar cheeses and of course much natural cheese is much superior to any processed cheese sold here on this site. This needs to be consumed asap or repacked in wax paper bags/wax paper or parchment paper. I have never experienced the 200 gms pack getting mold and I've eaten lots of those packs. Only the 1 kg pack gets it, maybe because it takes longer to consume and has more area vulnerable. You can simply slice off any mold (if it's the blue-green type) and eat the rest. When repacking, be sure to divide into into smaller pieces so that you can use only what is necessary and not open and repack. While repacking, ensure hygienic handling and avoid cross-contamination. Avoid using hands - use a plastic glove or clean fork. Cut with a clean dry knife, on a clean, dry chopping surface (either a plate or a chopping board on which you have placed wax paper). Otherwise simply buy the 200 gms portions. I love this cheese. 

My favorite cheese

This is a simple block of Cheddar, just like I expected. It's flavorful, but while storing in the fridge use wax papers to wrap it and then put it in a airtight container, else mould will grow (in which case cut off 2cm of thickness around the mould, and use the rest). 

Taste is awesome. It was delivered frozen and after each use I kept it in the deep freezer. We can feel that it is really free of any preservatives.

Cheddar cheese is best for bone strength. This is an Indian product of good quality. Also cost effective. I prefer 1 kg block since we consume regularly and it's cheaper than buying smaller packs. Other brands such as from Pondicherry are not available on regular basis whereas Milky Mist has no such issues.
