Bad quality of product delivered
I am writing this to inform you that the Gowardhan Cheese which was ordered was not upto the mark. Upon opening the packet, I found that the cheese slices had dark marks on it and cannot be consumed. This was not the quality that I was expecting and would like to have a refund for the same. please find the picture that I have attached for your reference.

The cheese was mouldy from the sides although it was not expired or a old product. Clearly big basket has poor storage facility for such diary products. Utterly disappointed. I always buy Go cheese from nearby supermarkets and have never that this issue. This is the first time i've bought it from Bb, and im very upset that they ruined a good product.
