Easy to use. They give measurement line for measuring milk on the flour packet so you don't need separate measuring cup. Makes one small vanilla cake. But the only strange thing is each time I make this it tastes slightly Sour. I've tried other brands vanilla flavour too but only this brand tastes sour.
