A Flavourful Twist

Pineapple Cranberry Popsicles
Serves: 5-6
Ingredients:
130 g Dried Cranberries
½ cup cream
¼ cup sugar
1 cup water
439 g Del Monte Pineapple Slices
Method:
1.Blend together cranberries, cream, sugar and water till smooth.
2.Pour this mixture into popsicle moulds, filling only half way. Freeze for four hours.
3.While the popsicles are freezing, blend together pineapple slices and water till smooth. Refrigerate till the cranberry layer is freezing.
4.Once the cranberry layer is frozen, top it up with the pineapple mixture. Freeze the popsicles for 8 hours. Serve frozen.

Upside Down Pineapple Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups Maida
¼ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Pineapple Juice (can)
6-7 Del Monte Pineapple Slices
2 tbsp Baking Powder
½ tbsp Baking Soda
1 Egg
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Milk
½ cup Chopped Pineapple
¼ tbsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
Method:
1.Heat butter, brown sugar and Pineapple juice in a pan. Once golden colour, remove from heat
2.Pour the caramel into a greased pan and top with Pineapple Slices
3.Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
4.Add butter, sugar, vanilla extract to another bowl and add eggs gradually and whisk
5.Mix dry and wet mixture, add milk and juice from the can. Mix till smooth
6.Fold in Pineapple pieces into the batter and pour the batter into the pan
7.Bake at 180 C for 20 -25 mins

Servings: 4-5
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
½ cup Del Monte Pineapple Slices (chopped)
1 cup Fresh Orange Juice
3 cups Ice cubes
Lime Slices for garnish
Method:
1.Blend Del Monte Pineapple Slices, Orange juice and ice until smooth & frothy.
2.Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass, garnish with lime and serve.
