Oats Laddu

Lightly dry roast the rolled oats. And blend it till the oats become fine. Add peanut butter and honey. Mix well to form a soft dough. Make small balls resembling laddus. You can garnish these with dried cranberries, nuts, or even chocolate chips.

Oats and Jaggery Cookies

Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, True Elements Rolled Oats, baking powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and salt to taste. Mix it all together. Take butter and jaggery powder and mix it. To this mixture add 3 tbsp of Milk and blended with the mixture. Now take the mixture from step 1 and add it to this butter-jaggery mixture and again mix well. Add on nuts of your choices. Now take a baking sheet and align it with parchment paper. Take this sticky dough and make small round portions out of it. Bake them at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Banana Oats Pancakes

Mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt together well. Mash the bananas till there aren't any lumps. Add honey. Add the flour to the mashed banana and slowly add milk and mix well till batter like consistency is formed. Heat oil in a pan and add the batter in small circles.
Flip and cook until light brown colour is formed. Let it fluff into soft pancakes.
Top it up with fruit spread and pumpkin seeds.
