About Prakrta
A journey of a mother, trying natural ways to control her 6 month baby's eczema
The beginnings of Prakrta was from home. Like many young mothers, Rupam (co-founder) was a harried mother because her 6 month old daughter had eczema (atopic dermatitis). Many trips to pharmacies and doctors took it's toll, till one fine dermatologist suggested her to to use time-tested 'grandma recipes' and only natural products ...like virgin coconut oil instead of lotions and neem leaf bath etc. That started months of research and & now years of product development. Reverting to 100% natural products for the child not only alleviated her condition but it became a way of life for the entire family. We are 2 sisters Rupam & Anupam who practice the natural way and founded Prakrta
