Roti Frankie
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves: 3-4
How to make:
For Roti-
1. Mix 2 cups of Pillsbury™ Chakki Fresh Atta with ½ tbsp of salt, ½ cup water and 2 tbsp oil. Knead it into a soft and smooth dough.
2. Place a tawa on a burner with medium flame and then place the rolled out dough onto it and cook both sides.
Stuffing-
2. Marinate the Panner in soy sauce, chilli powder, garlic paste and corn starch. Cook this mixture for 1 minute on medium flame.
3. In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, white vinegar, soy sauce, schezwan sauce, salt and pepper. Once cooked, add the paneer mixture.
4. Place the roti on a parchment paper placed fill the stuffing in the centre.

Paneer Paratha

How to make:
The dough-
1. Take a bowl, add 2 cups of Pillsbury™ Chakki Fresh Atta, add salt as per taste. Add little water and form the dough.
For stuffing-
1. Take a bowl and add grated paneer, grated boiled potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon jeera powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon amchur powder, salt as per taste – mix them well.
2. Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll them to the size of a roti. Fill the stuff in the center (1½ to 2 spoons) depending upon the size of the roti.
3. Place the tawa on a medium flame, place the paratha and cook it.

Whole Wheat Pancakes
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4
Method:
1. Add Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and the salt in a bowl.
2. Warm the milk in a pan till it gets lukewarm.
3. Whisk the milk, butter, eggs, and the vanilla together to form a smooth consistency.
4. Pour the mixture into the previous mixture and stir. Ensure only small clumps of flour remain.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame and some butter. Pour some of the batter and gently spread into a 4-inch circle.
6. Once the edges look dry and bubbles pop up, flip over the pancake.
7. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
8. Serve warm with your desirable toppings.
